This is the Keynote presentation Jeff Williams (WA) used when presenting the preamble for consideration at the 2009 Continental Congress. He apologizes for the audio quality, the recording wasn’t great.

CC2009 was an historic event, and this preamble to our “Articles of Freedom” will help people rally in favor of our constitution, and help us take back our government.
