Most people aren’t discussing the Leo Donofrio case,which I find much more interesting. He doesn’t contest that Barack Jr. was born in Hawaii. He suggests that because Barack Sr. is not a citizen of the United States, Barack Jr. is not a “natural born citizen.” Read my previous blog entry to understand the legitimate Constitutional issue on this matter.
